Five examples of how to use LED strips

LED strips, thanks to the technical features that allow it to be flexible and compact, offer excellent lighting solutions in different home environments.

It is an interesting type of lighting because it is able to enhance the details of a room and design furnishings, as well as ideal in small spaces where other types of lighting would be invasive and bulky. Their versatility also allows them to be very scenic with the ability to create special light effects.
Let’s look at five examples of usage.

As we said, Led strips are a very versatile lighting system that allows you to respond to both functional and scenic needs. Applying them for example under the kitchen cabinets will be a great light support to illuminate the worktop below. Applying instead along the daytime shelves will create a delicate scenic effect, as otherwise on the internal shelves will provide a visual enhancement allowing you to access more easily the products that are stored in the cabinets inside them.
Or even for gentle lighting that enhances the environment making it more elegant, if applied under the base of the furniture by projecting light to the floor helping define the spaces and obtaining a pleasant scenic effect.

LED strips are a great solution even in rooms where it is important to have a good diffusion of light and the possibility of directing it to a precise point. In the bathroom LED strips can be mounted behind the mirrors along the upper and lower sides, so the light beam will be directed downward illuminating the sink area.

Due to their small size, LED strips can be applied with very narrow surfaces, thus enabling even small design objects to be applied, for example, along the edges of the shelves where they are supported. In this way the focus will be focused on the subject with the light beam downward (or upward if placed on the top face).

Often, the stairs present in the homes perform a purely functional and non-decorative purpose, LED strips allow you to enhance them with extreme simplicity.
For example, it will be an interesting solution to apply them along the sides of the staircase if the stairs are placed in a niche or are delimited by the wall, thus directing the light towards the walls and creating a bright effect game.
Otherwise, LED strips can also be applied along the ramp of each step so as to spread the light down and light up the pedal: a recommended choice if you need to direct more light on the stairs.
