Casey House

This residence arises from a precise request of the buyer: to have a house in the middle of the trees. The design was entrusted to the study Totem architecture, which, inspired by wind-molded oaks, has developed the structure giving it a curved shape that overrides the perception of walls and ceiling creating a seamless space. The structure then closes onto itself to protect it from the winds blowing from the north, while it opens with a large glass window to the ocean to enjoy the breathtaking panorama. The living area is raised to overcome the frequent floods and is formed by a loft that houses the bedroom, a bathroom, the kitchen and a large living room.
